Lay Eucharistic Ministers

Lay Eucharistic Ministers are chalice bearers who are chosen by the rector to take communion directly from the Sunday Eucharist to people who are not able to be in church.

This ministry brings Sunday communion to members of St. Paul´s so that they may know their full membership in the body of Christ and their continuing connection with the community at St. Paul´s, even in their time of illness.

These ministers undergo training and are licensed by the Bishop.
